I went to bed more than two hours ago but woke up continuing to hear "Amazed", finding out that it was one of my daughter's cousin's cell phone going off. Phew, I was really starting to wonder what was becoming of me!
Then I realized that I was quite hungry and made myself a sandwich, then partook of the macaroni salad and potato salad in the fridge. I think I am now full and maybe even getting sleepy...lol.
I was just checking my emails and my usual sites I frequent and came upon the new website about my friend's sister that is missing. I wanted to share it here and encourage you to check it out as it contains relevant information to the search for this missing woman.

Randa Jawhari is my friend Fadia's sister who went missing on the evening of February 11 of this year. There have been no solid leads in the search for her and I have heard no news about the searches that were conducted on the water in Fenton last week either. If you have not yet checked out the pictures that I have posted in recent blogs here or pictures on other sites pertaining to this missing person, I ask you to take a minute of your time to look at them. Someone out there has to know something or have seen Randa Jawhari when she went missing.

A stressful week has passed and I am hoping for better days this week. I guess my daughter's dad is doing okay and is still recovering from pneumonia. His mood is much better and I am told that he realizes how close he was to death and does not want it to happen again. I am hoping for the sake of our daughter that her dad will begin to live again and work through his physical and mental health issues. It is a tricky thing to live with her aunt and also look out for her well being with regards to her dad.
On a brighter and hopefully continuing optimistic note, I have placed my resume with a handful of jobs for which I am qualified for in the past couple of weeks and I am hoping to get called for an interview. It is a big step for me to be out there applying for jobs and looking towards the future when not so long ago I was just treading water every day.
My daughter and I are doing well and I am thankful for that. I am still the only one in communication with my son for the most part and I am hoping that things will get better with him as the end of the school year approaches. He is graduating this year and I know that the next steps have to be daunting.
Well, that darn phone keeps going off at regular intervals so I think I am going to try to turn the volume down on it before I go back to bed. I am glad that it is a phone and not some song going off in my head...lol.
Nighty night all.
