Friday Morning Post

Hey it's Friday! TGIF, ya'll. Here in the Thumb of Michigan, we are looking forward to a warm pleasant weekend.

I haven't written a personal post in awhile, and really don't feel like I am in a place this morning to go into any detail about everything that has been going on this month. I can say this much: as you get older, and hopefully wiser, life doesn't get any easier. It seems like it comes at you faster and with more intensity.

I guess it is supposed to get to 80 degrees today. The sun was shining earlier, and now it's overcast but balmy. I am jamming to Fergie. Started out with Big Girls Don't Cry, and then got to catch the rest of her kickin songs.

I'm out of coffee with octane, so I am drinking plain tea. Actually, it's probably better for me than coffee. Anything to kick start my day.

My daughter was psyched today as it is Science Day and they are only doing Science all day. And she really loves that subject.

I think it's going to rain! It sure does look like it. The weather...a safe subject with little emotion involved. I just can't go into anything in particular because I know I am prone to cry today.

My dog Lady wants to go outside through the back door, which cannot be opened. She sticks her head through the cat door and wants to go out it! But she is bigger than a cat, about twice the size or more. Yet she keeps whining to go out it...lol.

I guess that's enough for this post. Enjoy your day, and your weekend.
