There are bike rentals in Chicago and also the car rentals. I think for the car rentals one pays a certain fee to join and can pick up and return the cars at various lots all over town. It seems like a good deal for someone needing a car for a short time.

My friend's father who lives in FL just turned 90. He received a glider trip (the plane, not the furniture) as a present and loved it. He had to renew his driver's license this year. The new one is good for 6 years. He will be 96 when he needs to be tested again. I need to take the road test in two years (75) and then every year after that in IL.
