I don't think I have ever seen one of these container lifters before - I will get my old man to have a look (he is engrossed with the '6 Nations Rugby International' on tv at the moment). He was a truck driver - still is, but he is a 'carer' for me at present.
It is an impressive piece of kit though

I don't make chilli often enough - that is because my husband isn't too keen on it (it's too spicy for him). I serve it with rice and chips (french fries) - I love it.
This is the first time I have ever heard of 'Velveeta'. I am going to google it and see if we have it under a different name.
