The TBI needs your help to bring a 4 year old boy back home.
Police say Emily Atwater did not bring her son, Ollie "Alexander" Atwater, to his father after court ordered visitation on July 31.
Officials say Atwater may be with a Hispanic man could be in a dark blue Doge Intrepid with an expired New York license plate DGX-8254.
They could be in Columbia or on the way to Texas or Mexico.
