Do the Right Thing

Politics is a rough sport. I understand that. So when the issue of Barack’s failure to visit the injured troops at Ramstein came up I could feel his pain. He had a decision to make and there was no actual good choice. If he had gone to the hospital it would have looked like political grandstanding, or worse, he might have been shunned by the troops who have been used as pawns by Barack and his allies in Congress. If he didn’t go it surely would have been interpreted as a statement of disrespect for our fighting men.

On the surface, then, it would seem to make little difference which choice he made. And that is why the choice he finally did make shows what a loser he would be as our President.

With nothing to lose or gain he could have chosen to do the right thing. The right thing for Barack was to disrespect our troops.

No matter what a Democrat does, a Republican will put a negative spin on it. Since the GOP has failed completely and has no idea how to fix anything, they blame it on the Democrats. When the Dems have a constructive approach, the GOP claims it as their own idea.
To hear it from McCain, he has been Bush's biggest detractor.
How long do you expect to get away with it?
