How Not to Loose Weight

Allright now, how is this a hot topic this time of the year? I want to loose about 10 pounds and I know that I would feel better and my waist line would stay inside of my belt line. How is one to do this, loose weight. Well, for one thing, the daily afternoon cocktails and snacks will have to go. And the deserts at night are now a no no. We have got to have resolve. Exercise and walk it off. So instead of having a few moments of pleasure, sweat it off with a good 30 to 49 minute workout each day, espcially around the bewitching hour, which is normally 4:30 each afternoon and extends into the early evening hours.
But wait, don't we have a cruise coming up at the end of the month? Why, yes we do and with than I say to hell with the loosing weight and bravo to the caloric diet of boozing, snacking and cruising.. Happy New Year to one and all!!
