Missed my golf date today as I've got a beaut of a head cold. So, been out in the sun for a few rays and lunch time came around and what to have? Saw a can of butterbeans and saw a few items in the fridge that sounded like it may gel, so why not? This is good and with a head cold, hit the spot.

1 can of butterbeans
1/2 tomatoe diced
1/2 onion diced
1 clove garlic, diced
Italian seasoning to your taste
Black pepper
Cumin, to your taste.

Bring to a boil, let simmer, then slice of 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and let melt on top of the soup, Mix and serve. It is good, good, good!! I used Complete Seasoning by Badia in lieu of the Italian season and it was great.
