Here it came again and there it went again. Those lovely Trumpet Flowers, Powder Puffs, Begonias, Basil, Lantana, Plumbagos, to mention just a few of the beautiful flowering plants that, thank goodness, are hardy and will come back in the Spring. But, this is North Central Florida and I should know by now that the Winter does arrive here and when it does, without the snow, kit is MFing cold and the plants do wilt and fade away until the fresh, warm, signs of Spring come into play. So, for all you Northerners, it was 22 here for 7-8hours and this happened for 3 straight nights. Freeking cold. The Jacuzzi was our only relief and the Mexican coffees were also a pleasant relief. So, Viva Zapata and long live the Winter Solstice,or something like that.
