Remember when Bush said he quit drinking years ago. Well he wasn't drinking kool aid at the G8 Summit last year.
Well now he's in China and he was so drunk the Secret Service had to help him get up and walk. Everyone in the beltline knows this guy is drinking still to excess.
Here he is earlier working on a buzz. Jeez, does he have to remind us he's an American.
