So this week has been a lot of fun! Monday was pretty low key, but I made up for it on Tuesday. We decided to hit up this local tavern that has raw bar specials for 2.95. My friend J and I went there to indulge in a little raw oysters, shrimp, and general flirting with the bartender.

We got there and decided to sit at the bar. The bartender flattered me so and asked to see my id. When my friend J sat down, he also asked her for her id. I was like whatever, you're younger than me and I got id-ed. He laughed and said, I seriously thought that there was no way you could be remotely close to my age. So we id-ed him. Ha. His birthday about 4 months before me. So we laughed and ordered some oysters and shrimp. He stopped by frequently to chat and check on us.

At one point in the night he gives me his card. He doesn't say call me or anything. Just hands me his card and his last name means "of the night" in Spanish. First, this guy was born to be a Casanova. Second, he is a bartender so I know the name of the game is to keep people drinking and happy even if it means flirting with some ladies for better tips.

I got a chat message from my neighbor L yesterday. She was like : OOOH I met your boxer boy today! The chat revealed that she met the boy and his dog. The boy asked her: "Do you know Spike?" She replied: Yep and his lovely owner, Beth! Ha. He went on to say that he wished our dogs got along better because I went to introduce Spike to her and she freaked out. I thought it was fun that he asked about me. L was like yea so his name is A and his dog's name is Allie. So then I remembered I had met him before when I was coming home from the bar. Oopsie!
