It's kind of weird you go through the dating process thinking I like this boy, and/or he likes me. At any given point throughout this dating process you can be filled with doubt, insecurity, and general annoyance.

I have reached that point. TB came over on Friday night, was super tired. I made dinner, and it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. The fondue was good. The conversation was alright.

I don't know if they realize that they're doing this. They send mixed signals. At one point in the conversation he was like, "I am going to be so busy for the next two weeks, and I asked my boss how I could be busier than the week before and he was like you will be, we only have two weeks to prepare for X." So then he goes on to say how he wants to buy a house and how he thinks he's going to "live like a hermit and eat raman for breakfast, lunch and dinner." My eyes got big and I made a face. He commented on my face but I should have taken this opportunity to say, "Is this your way of saying you don't want to date anymore?" This is what it sounded like to me anyway. The conversation changed to my trip to see my family for a shower. And He the proceeded to offer to watch my dog. I did not take him up on the offer because he said he wanted to catch up on sleep. Knowing my dog, TB would not have been able to do this activity. I opted to send him to the kennel as I had already planned.

Saturday I heard from him here and there via text. Sunday I texted him when I got back and asked him how his day was. He responded, so very lazy, I am a slug. I wrote back cool and there was no response, nor inquiry about what it was that I was doing.

Here we are and it's Tuesday. He's checked the dating site in the last 24 hours. So his super busy schedule has allowed for that and perhaps for responding to someone else. I gotta feeling that he's just not that into me. I could be wrong but I don't really know.
