Feeding the Seagulls
As I sit at my desk looking out the picture window I see a crowd gathered across the street. This same crowd gathers there at least 3 times a day to take a smoking break. They work in the building across the street from mine. There is a lake or pond behind their building so we have lots of seagulls. What I don't understand is why they insist on bringing loaves of stale bread and feeding these birds all day. Don't get me wrong, I love birds but for goodness sake these (sky rats) are pooping all over my car. I get it washed and when I get out of work there is gull crap all over it. I am starting to get annoyed! I have the presence of mind to leave a loaf of torn bread on top of all of thier cars and see how they like coming out to a car soiled with gull poop. People say it's good luck, my arse it is, it's costing me too much money to keep having to clean it off of my car.........................and breathe.........................ok I am done : )
