By the way, McCormicks bought the Lawrys company in 2010, so some of the traditional products have been re-branded.

Owning this full collection would challenge me to find recipes calling for the dishes I never make, like crab cakes, jerk style meats, and . And there are a few things, like the fake bacon bits, that I wouldn't want at all. I already have a lot of them, but it's fun to pretend I'm going to start from scratch.

I'm not going to price these out to make sure this really is a good deal, I'll take their word for it since I'm not going to buy it any way. Some of the names strike my fancy, so I've included the description.

Some of the reason I find the lists of ingredients so interesting is that it gives me ideas for making my own spice blends. In some cases, it would be cheaper to buy the blend.

What I would like to get some time is the Mojito Lime Seasoning:

On that last one, I wondered why they felt the need to talk about the bottle for that particular product being sealed - they should all be sealed. I think what they are getting at is the Salad Supreme and Salad Toppin's should be refrigerated so the ingredients don't get stale.
