Ugly Virus

After 60 days free now have 34 cases, our borders are closed and South Australia is in complete lockdown for 6 days as from midnight last night, Only essential services personnel allowed to travel, all other travel is banned supermarkets are open but only 1 family member allowed entry .all other stores are closed including takeaway stores, facemasks are compulsory, heavy fines will be applied for breaches, all schools are closed

My county in New York State is still doing Ok, but cases are picking up for the first time. We have 9 dead but that number hasn't been increasing by more than one at a time. People are getting out of the hospital alive more often now. We're still careful as hell and I won't really feel safe with a 95% effective vaccine. I want a reasonable chance at recovery. I survived pancreatitis 3 times and I'm not pushing my luck. Besides, I'm too claustrophobic to have breathing problems.

We are having over 1,000 cases a day in South Florida and our governor has everything open!!!

These kinds of measures might have protected us. Aussies are smarter than our lame duck President.
