A few weeks ago we had a friend from Montana come visit us for 9 days. While she was here, we took her sightseeing and just had a great time. One of my favorite things we did while she was here was go to Lake Chapala. Lake Chapala is the largest Lake in Mexico, it is also so polluted that nothing in is is fit to eat. In spite of that I love it, I think it is beautiful and peaceful. While we were in Chapala we decided that we wanted to ride the boat out to this little island called Scorpion Island. It is called that because of it's shape, not because there are scorpions there.
It's just a very small island, but pretty. So I want to post a few pictures from that day.Me and my honey on Scorpion Island, I LOVE him. :D

The Plumeria or Frangipani tree. I think these are so pretty. They are native to Mexico.
