In the 1980's one of my visit to Guatemala I have taken
many pictures of the country.
The thing that really impress me were the people.
I would loved to have taken more of the people of Guatemala.
The first picture here is a very attractive woman.
I asked her if I can take a photo shoot and all she is smile.
Now look at the shoot,do you think that she was posing for me.Maybe yes,but it came out real nice and loved it.
Many of the native do not like their picture taken.
Unless you give them a couple of dollars.
This is well worth it.
Yes,I gave her some money as I was so proud how the picture came out.The only thing that is not too happy with the matt.
Think that it was too big.
Well anyways,came out great.
I just wanted to share some of the photos with you.



At one of our visit to the Lake Santiago.
This is one of the biggest village there.
This woman that have seen so many times and really enjoyed her a lot.
She is there and pose for the tourist for a small fee.
She will show you how to braid the head band on her head.
One of the oldest resident there.
Many tourist flocked to see her there and take many pictures.
Also,very generous in paying her.








I did manage to get one of the male there.

A lot of the men sort of frown if you asked them.
But this one no problem.
Think that he seemed happy there.
Also from the Lake.



I have many more in my shoe box.
Now if I got myself together and put them in a album.
Have hundreds and hundreds of them.
At this time too much work.LOL
Maybe some day we will see.
