Day 1 is sort of a wasted day.
First we finished out packing.Mike got Buffy to the Doggie Day Care.Came home finished packing and then get ready to board the bus heading to Boston Logan Airport.
The flight is at two thirty.
We take the bus in as we do not want to bother anyone taking us to the airport.
Beside I loved riding the bus as I see more of wonderful Boston.
We arrived there at 12:30 pm.
Checked in and went to the screening room.
No problems.
Also this is the first time in taking my laptop.
A heavy sucker.The next time will get a net book.
They are small and very light.
Got some lunch and then waiting for our flight.
I loved sitting down and watching all these people.
Some are serious and some are a joy to watch.
Even funny.
Okay,board the plane as this is a two and half hours flight to Miami which arrived there on time.
What a transformation from freezing weather to hot with the temp in the eighties.
While at the airport Mike gave Martin a call and was able to catch him.A little conversation with him and always nice to talk with him.Mike does most of the talking as I do have trouble sometime in hearing.
Then from Miami to Guatemala is also a two and a half flight.
There was a small delay.
They were finishing up with the suitcase to load on and this was a half hour delay.
We arrived there shortly after ten and no problem with custom.
Emanuel our driver as he has been for the last several years or more picking us up and then taking us to Miguel place.
Guatemala do not have daylight saving time.
They voted this down a few years back.
Once at Miguel he fixed a nice small snack and drinks.
We talked for hours and to to be way pass midnight.
Off to bed and will continued Day 2 tomorrow.
