Hello fun people out there.
Weekend is here, and what are you doing?
For us here in Epsom, doing yard work, getting the garden ready and cannot believed Memorial Day is next week.
Wow!that is where the fun begins.
I saw this letter to the editor and wanted to share it with you. This is a person from my town of Epsom.NH
A n opinion column in Sunday's Viewpoints section on the same-sex marriage bill indicated more religious protection was needed ("Marriage bill needs more work," Monitor, May 10).
The basis for such a bill should be relatively simple. The marrying couple must obtain a license from the state to become married. Since they have no choice for such a license, the issuing clerk should have no choice. That is the clerk's job. He cannot decide to issue a license based on race, religion, political party or sexual orientation, or on the basis of his religious views toward those issues. If his religion interferes with his job, he should quit.
In the case of other services, such as photographers and florists, there is a choice here. There are any number of photographers and florists. Where the state prohibits discrimination against heterosexual couples, it should also prohibit discrimination against gays.
So, what's so difficult? Pass the bill already.

This lilac bush is along our driveway and all the way up.
Next door neighbor and the next also have them.
We can smell the aroma from all over and it is so nice.
