It sure was a lovely break to get away from the cold weather and stormy season of New England.
We arrived March 1 at one o'clock.
We are one hour time difference.
The flight was great and no problem getting through custom from Boston and Cancun.
We were met with our driver to take us to our hotel.

Noticed that it was build like a pyramid.
This is Gran Melia a five star hotel and it sure was.
The rooms were huge.Service great.
The temp varies in the eighties while there.
This is cool for the native.
Normal weather for them is 90-120 ,
So we were told.

It was so beautiful with the minature waterful and the foilage surrounding the fountain.
This place was unforgiveable.
The meals were great.But very pricey.
But your on a holiday .This can be expected.
We had a great time.Felt that I was on our honeymoon.LOL
This is our second time around,but at a different hotel.
The Clipper Club was the first and this also was a great hotel.Glad that we went.Met a lot of wonderful people there.
We had no problems with the trip.That is the way we liked it.Next will be of course most of you know "Guatemala"
By the way did not spend a dime.
Mike took care of everything.
Now I am waiting for my real birthday and see what s in store for me.Maybe divorced paper.LOL
