Most of you know that I have not been around much in blogging.Mike and I came back from a three days visit with my nephew in Sturbridge,MA
We went to pick up Buffy from the vet as he was boarding there for a few days.
Then the news came to tell us that he had a massive growth on his leg.Need to be taken care of.
This was sort of a blow to us on this.
Never did we expected this.
Have not notice this growth at all.
It is on his front leg.
One thing that I was sort of pissed at the groomers who has been doing him for some time.
She has never told us about this.
How could one groomer do this and not noticed this?
This was huge.
We have not noticed this at all.
Do something liked this just popped up?
Well anyways we set up for the surgery last Friday.
Then we picked him up late in the afternoon.
He was very groggy.But he was happy to be home.
His leg was all bandaged up.
So sore looking.But he did well.
Also had a small one on his back that they removed.
We played nursemaid and trying to keep him comfortable.
But you will not noticed this as he was running around and playing.Try to calm him down.No luck.
Nonetheless week went by and a visit to the Vet who took the bandages off and saying things are healing nicely.
To come back and removed the staples.
This will be next week.
In the meantime waiting for the report on his tumor .
With the holiday weekend would not hear till today.
News is not all that good but not too bad.
He has what called nerofubroscarcoma.
A cancerous tumor and not sure that he got all of the pieces removed.
So the first thing that I did check with Google and got more information on this matter.
It could come back again.This is a soft tissues on his leg.
He could become lame and paralyzed.
But now he is doing fine and eating great.
Wants to play but have to keep him calmed.
