Unbelievable that the military are not required to prove that gays are a danger to national security readiness -- whatever that means! Is logic not taught in usa schools? the rest of the freee world is enough of an example to prove their ideas are insane.
Excellent post.... yes it is great to meet with young people you've mentored. It was a great boost to me when i went to gay clubs and was greeted enthusiasctically by ex pupils... there's a sort of grand relief to know... odd isn't it? I just wish I had greater tolerance for drag queens...

I'v always found that moderate exercise decreases my appetite, because tight belly muscles make you feel 'full'. hunger is often triggered by a slackness in the abs... we can either eat to tighten them or exercise. good on you anyway. But weight alone is not informative. it depends on how tall you are. For your 164 lb you should be about 5 foot 11 in. for 174 lb you should be approaching six foot... are you?
I can't find the time to respond and post on mybloggers, let alone all those other sites... when do you do all this? I must be getting old. I've a satellite dish and a speed of about 50KB/s... how fast is your internet? it make a difference i suppose. I have to wait a minute or so to see even a small video, so usually dont bother.
I'm mad because they are showing the world that gays are as stupid as non-gays. I've spent a lifetime convinging everyone we're better and now this crap. Ban marriage for everyone -- it's the only way to stop all these divorces.
And this terrible state of affairs will continue until religions are forced to stop their lying, libellious villification of gays. But religion is untouchable -- just like their invisible superman in the sky. when will people wake up to the scam?

This is so sad! if there was no stigma attached to being same-sex-oriented, the man would have gone to gay bars and met willing partners. but because he felt he had to hide, this terrible verdict is the result. And it is wrong to blame Murphy. He is as much a victim as his 'victims'. after a youth and lifetime of being told by priests, school teachers and parents and republican bosses that gays are worthless deviates destined for hell, what does anyone expect? Normality? Also, I wonder what the verdict would be if he had been a woman performing fellatio on a sleeping gay man. Laughed out of court I'll bet!
Yes, I agree it is the anonymity that permits us to write sometimes very personal things, however, the reasons are not merely voyeristic. by learning abut the hopes, fears, desires and secret yearnings of others, we are more able to measure our own lives. it is a relief to know that someone else is having simlar thoughts, problems, and so on as us. we no longer feel we are the only ones like that. that's one reason there are so many gays -- it is very difficult for many gays to meet and chat honestly with others... and almost impossible to tell someone non-gay that you're gay. but here we can anounce it to the world without fear of losing our jobs or being spat on in the street. As for avatars... most people actually feel the age when they first became sexually active - around 16 to 18... and that feeling stays with them for the rest of their lives. it is a source of sadness to discover we no longer look like that, so a picture of what we looked like when we were that age is actually more truthful than a recent pic in some ways.
