Isn't it just the best thing, to get paid to do what you love doing? I love musicals, as do my children. They both did technical theater in middle school and high school. My son has a degree in technical theater and does stage riggings and lights and sound installations for a living now. Chicago has thriving theater and we are lucky to live near several local live theaters. The Marriott does 4-5 musicals each year.
I love wild strawberries. Small but mighty in flavor. More than those water filled things at the supermarket. One time I found a morel mushroom in the woods. Took it home and sauted it. Delicious. I have access to black walnuts too but they are a lot of work and very messy.
The little guys will miss the big guys when they go to their new homes.
Can they get any cuter?
We had a wringer washer too when I was growing up. When we got an automatic it was a Maytag which we had for thirty years. My Maytag is 30 years old now. They don't make washers like they used to. A woman I worked with got her hair caught in the wringer when she was a child and a chunk of hair got pulled out of her head. We all cringed when we heard that story because we could picture exactly how it happened.
Does your vet let people bring in notices about animals looking for homes? Your babies might find forever homes that way.
I don't know if I consider it "dining" at Mickey D's. Foxy needs to start growing his new winter coat soon.
Winter is my least favorite. Fall is my second least favorite because it means that winter is coming. Spring means that summer is coming. And summer is the best, even with the heat.
Do you have funnel cakes at your festival? Will you partake? I love funnel cakes and have one once a year.
They don't make it easy to buy a ticket or fly with them, do they?

My kids dragged me kicking and screaming into the 21st century. They only want to text; no phone calls. I like to hear voices, but I text now.
