I have a little container of triple chocolate gelato from Target in my freezer now.
I don't see many movies. I did see and like Marigold Hotel. I saw and didn't really enjoy Moonrise Kingdom. I am looking forward to Quartet and Silver Lining Playbook.
So it appears that not only are we all writers, we are also readers. I am hooked on my Kindle Fire. I love getting free books online from my public library in the middle of the night. I can always find something to read.
From what I see, every person on MyBloggers is a writer. Different styles, different stories, but the words just pour out.
It is hard for me to picture an old lady (like me) with a gun in her handbag. Much less said old lady with a shaky hand trying to aim her gun. Scary thought.

This looks like the precursor to the drink/food cart on planes now. Nothing beats the dining car on the old trains. Like something in the movies.
I love the smell of an art supply store. I get the urge to paint. Then reality sets in and I remember that I have no artistic ability, just the desire. And that is not enough, unfortunately. But the smell in the store is wonderful.
Soon all the holiday goodies will be gone and I will be regretting eating everything so fast. I should be pacing myself more.
I reconnected with a long lost cousin this year after 50 years. So great to have a family connection again.
I get sciatica and can't remember whether to stand or sit or lie down to feel better. Nothing helps except a couple of yoga stretches. The stretches have to be held for at least 30 seconds for them to work.
My mother, who was born in 1900, talked about going to her grandparents house for Christmas and waiting in the back parlor with all the family and at a certain time the pocket door would be opened between the rooms and the big tree would be there all decorated. I have never lived where I had relatives. My children have not had family nearby either.

I wonder how they get them to be still while they do the draw. My cat has a loud fit when they just do a blood test on his ankle.
