I will be watching the little girl tomorrow as well until they can get everything going with the funeral and other things.

My friend told me today, that after we left, she had to take her mother's wedding ring off her finger when her mom's body was still in the house. She went to give it to her step dad, and he told her that she can keep it. My friend said that she broke down after that.

My friend's step dad just called as well a bit ago and said that he will probably pick up the dog in the next day or two. He just couldn't have the dog there looking at his mother in that condition or being taken out.

Totally understandable.

My friend seems to be taking it well today, but I know she has alot of running around to do with all of this. Looks like her grieving process is going to be on hold for a bit...and she will have to explain it to her kids as well...
