Valuable Time

Sundays are usually a "lazy day" for most, but for me, it's a work day. It's just 7 hours though. My "lazy days" are Mon. Tues. Wed. and sometimes Sat. A lazy day for me is being on the computer, cleaning up the house, and then the evening when child comes home from school (weekdays of course), it's get dinner going, and everything else that involves child until his bedtime.

Sundays are nice for me because I go to work, and by the time I get home, child is getting ready for bed for school in the morning. During the week, the time I get to myself is pretty valuable to me (even if it involves chores).

However, when the 21rst of this month rolls around (he has 10 days off of school), the only time to myself, will be after child goes to bed because he will be out of school. That is usually about 8-9pm at night...so then I continue to stay up until midnight or later.

But if it is nice outside in the next 5 days, it will a day at the parks or whatever, so that I can take pictures again. I love taking scenery pictures and the like.

Anyways, I guess this was just a babbling post...so I guess I will take off for now...I have to get ready for work...

Sympathies with the school holidays! My son come off a week on Friday for two weeks, although they are off this Friday too for Good Friday! Don't remember the last time the school holidays didn't coincide with Easter.

Anyway it means two weeks of fighting - lots of walks etc (weather permitting) and other activities to tire them out so that bed time comes early!

That always makes it better when they can go outside and not be cooped up in the house.

So nice to get the kiddos outside and let them burn off some of that energy.
