About 45 minutes ago, there were a bunch of firetrucks and some police cars going past the house. Well, sometimes this is normal, but you know how you can tell the difference from everyday things to something that just appears different? That was the case this morning. It was less than two blocks away, so I had my sister watch my son for a few minutes to see what was happening.
I got down there and I had no clue what was going on. They are doing construction on the road, so I kind of put two and two together. No one could tell me what was happening. No one knew, so I went to the other side of the block and met up with one of the neighbors. He said that there was a gas leak. I stuck around for a couple minutes, then went back to the house. I took the dog out to go potty and I saw a helicoptor, so I know it is going to be on the news before noon. Always something happening in Wisconsin. Hope they get it all taken care of soon.
