I have to work 10am-3pm today and then after that, I have to head to the bank to talk to a manager.
At least 3 days back, we had to overdraw the account to get by until my fiancee got paid. Fine, we did that. The bank's website had said at that time we took that money out, I had around $70 in there. We knew there was going to be an overdraft fee (we took out $150).
But now the bank's website, is telling me that I made 5 transactions on May 12th and on May 13th, it took out 5 overdraft fees for those. However, 4 of those transactions that it is telling me that were overdrawn are not correct. I looked it up.
Virgin Mobile transactions were on May 1srt and May 8th (not May 12th), one of them was a transaction that I made at my work before May 12th, and the other one, is for the grocery store which was made on May 10th.
The only overdraft fee we should be getting, is for one transaction plus each day that it is overdrawn. Nothing more and nothing less.
Plain and simple, it appears that their website is either extremely slow at telling you how much you have in your account, or they are making a total of 4 huge mistakes.
The thing is, is I check my account balance every time before I go and use my debit card. This is a bit frusterating.
