And Don't Call it Socialism!

What is this I hear; the government is using a trillion tax dollars for a domestic program having nothing to do with War??? This must be some socialistic universal health care plan that Big Government Tax-and-Spend Liberals have stuffed down our throats to help sick people. No? We are using the money to bail out the investment banks, so no executive will ever have to be poor and their dopey mortgage systems crafted by greed will not collapse the Market? Whew, that is a relief! But let's not call it Socialism; how about "Creative Capital Market Adjustment to Stem a Temporary Security-Threatening Liquidity Emergency"?

No bail out for the common man. We have to live within our means--meager at times.

Those buggers scream and cry when a social program is funded to assist the common people, but when their greed comes back in their faces and hurts their portfolios....? Look out taxpayers! You are going to fund them!

There's a tendency to call it corporate socialism. After all, these characters took risks, failed, and guess who bails them out us? Jeez, I guess I'll start a business and fail the ask the Government to bail me out. Oh wait, that's different, but is it really? Now don't get me wrong, credit and capital must flow and they have to stabilize the markets, but they'll be more lining up including the big three automakers who been getting their arses kicked by Toyota.
