This is crazy...absolutely crazy. How will it help the economy? Zilch...it creates zero jobs (check out the recent report on job loss) , it helps no small businesses (their credit lines are diminished, rates are up) and it does nothing to stop the housing crisis...we're far from seeing the bottom out of falling home prices...so all it does is replenish the coffers of the black mailers!
