The video they chose to put with the story is very interesting. All our lives we have been told that another depression like the 1930s could never happen because safeguards are in place, but in the meantime more dangerous financial schemes have been perpetrated, as this illustrates. I liked the point about 20% of the population died in 1783 when the volcano erupted and the dark skies caused the French revolution. We really need to fast forward through the next 5 years.
