BUSH LOSES PARDON POWERS IF IMPEACHED!

If there was EVER reason to impeach Bush, is to prevent him from
pardoning all the criminals in his administration for, if impeached,
BUSH LOSES HIS PARDON POWERS!!!
 
Now, take, for instance, the FISA bill just passed by the Senate yesterday. It takes away civil prosecution of Telecoms companies but leaves criminal prosecution.
 
Big deal!
 
Bush can provide a pardon for any criminal act but not for civil ones. So, before he leaves office, he can ccriminally pardon Telecoms but, because all civil cases against these companies has been removed WE WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!
 
And, not even a president Obama will be able to do anything about it.
 
This is just one issue with Telecoms, now multiply this effort by
Bush for all other criminal acts his administration has carried out and
ALL of them will have managed to, literally get away with murder!  
 
Maybe this is why some in our Democratic leadership don't want to
impeach and take away this pardon power in case THEY'LL ALSO NEED IT!
