Rat trap
bought an electronic device, that "supposedly" sends vibrations along the electrical wires, which ,inturn, inhibits mice/rats from entering the premise. Bought it with the intention of discounting the TV ads. WOW, strangely enough...since i plugged it in, no evidence of rats/mice! Now comes youngest drt...wants to "barrow" my cat, to help with her mouse problem! Well, wouldn't loan out my cat! But did give drt my "electronic device" (will buy another), Chester "Rat Molester", stays with me...his place in bed behind my knees! Lucy on my aching feet, Roxy warming my chest... my muts, each with their own place...renting out not an option. Now comes oldest drt..in need of financial help. Help I will, but call a spade a spade...won't beg for your companionship Excuses given, past snubs explained away, "Oh, Really"? Proof is in the pudding - and the pudding 's wearing thin. Disperse the cash, and hope for the best. When I ask for a night of pool, or simple conversation...what excuse will u give next? Give a chance, set the trap, prepared to be spurned once again. Why do I give the chance again? Been there, done that,pull the knives from my back. Hope may run eternal, but my faith doubts (given past expectations);
temporary usefulness, cash flow cow, just lie and use me now. Soon to come - Thanksgiving and X-mass, is honesty just to much to ask for? Time will tell, if a fool I was played again. So be it, if it plays out that way. Played too often, yet still I give u the chance to play me. My only wish, that honest respect will be returned in the good faith that I did play. All I know is - if played the fool again, bad karma on you to receive - sow what U shall reap.
