Nascar is Dead

Not that I want to see this "sport" go down the drain, but, just how boring can it get? What is the matter with the powers in charge to allow a Sunday afternoon drive with the "boys". How about bringing some excitement back to this sport that has bottomed out. How about lap racing for points. How about putting some excitement in the race so that the sponsors will hang around for another season or two. Lap racing is what will safe this sport from droping off the scene. Increments of 50 laps for 50 points should get someones attention. I hope that the racing "gods" give some insight to the stuffshirt corporate bafoons who are in charge of this sport. Come on now, lets get the ball rolling to bring some type of fan interest back as this has turned out to be one boring sport to watch. You can include the race in Thunder Valley as a by-gone era as the extra groove has resulted in another boring display.
