Global Means No Middle Class

I have written on our economy several times and I am continuing to read solutions to our economic problems. I agree with the arguments to have industry back in our country, however, it ain't goona happen.
Why? We, the middle class, have been sold out by our government. Our foreign competition does not have democracy in their vocabulary.. They are autocratic and will do whatever they deem in order to promote their countr's welfare.
Our government is a global player, and in order to compete the middle class has to go. A society of have and have nots. The aristocrats and the peons. The rich will get richer and the poor will stay poor. But, says our "leaders" with a peon labor force we will compete with SE Asia and we will have our exports increase and we will all get richer.
Sounds crast, doesn't it. Well, look around and tell me what you see. No stimulous yet to put Americans back to work. Our infrastructure is in shambles. How about putting people back to work on this type of program, until, you can bring back Industry to our country and we can be a producer again instead of a user.
We all can go on and on. I for one was bamboozled by the current imcumbent of the White House. What a miserable outcome for the people of this nation who, at last, thought that we had finally had a leader. Not so, just more of the same old same old.
I do hope that this country can come back and hold its place as a nation that cares for its people. Not by handing out the dole, but by placing jobs into the hearbelt, sunbelt, waisebelt of America.
