All through the house the aromas
just glide.
The table is set with chairs
side by side.
It's quiet and peaceful,
calm and serene,
The most contented kitchen
you've ever seen.
Then the guest all begin
to quickly arrive.
Will the house and kitchen
ever survive
the clatter, the noise,
a baby's shrill shout?
Sure, isn't that what
a holiday's all about?
