Having a hard time yeserday and today. I can't seem to stay full for more than an hour. And yes, I'm eating very healthy and drinking plenty of water. I know that it will take some time to shrink my stomach. I just want to be skinny now!!!! He he.
I'm on spark pages, and I'm keeping track of all of my food. I even measured my M&M's last night. I ate 3/4 cup of M&M's. Hey, at least I'm measuring! You have to start somewhere. Oh, and I'll never eat any cashews again. Holy cow!!!!
I'm going to start the next phase of the diet process next week. I already printed out a couple recipes, and I'm going to cook this weekend sometime. I tried their food menus, but they are all over the place. If I cook, I can eat on it for more than one meal. Wish me luck!!!! I need the support.
I'm currently doing my best to do some cardio for ten minutes a day in the first step of spark. I don't know what is in store in the next step, but I'm doing my best!!!
