good for you, keep on keepin' on with the weight loss. as for rice cakes, I personally alwayas thought they tasted like styrofoam. Not long ago I tried the carmel flavored ones. They tasted like carmel flavored styrofoam.

ask yer doctor to define "no time". I just love yer reply. I do however take exception to the term "bug" to denote an illness. One could say "germ" or "mircrobe" "virus" or "fungus amoung us". I mean really...even insects have feelings.
