Congratulations on your successful weight control program. My wife has us on the South Beach Diet, which is quite labor intensive, and we have lost 10 lbs in about 1-2 months, and exercising more. Take care

Sept. 9/11 changed everything for those of us living in the USA, and China surely doesn't want a similar disaster occurring to blemish the Olympics. Diametrically opposed ideologies really pose a challenge for the whole world, especially when extreme violence coincides with one side's religious/spiritual views, looking at others as "the evil ones!"

Enjoy the games from your hopefully safe abode with good friends. I bet you will have more fun than if you attended the games personally!

Thanks to all for the invitation and to Eddie, Brieis, and Ducky in the chat room for encouraging me in uploading photos and the interesting conversation we had. I wish I would have had more time to chat, but it seems that there are many things around the house that need to be done, since I am in a semi-retirement mode and when home need to get these things done.
