Well the ex decided that he figures he has Rye for 50% of the time and decided to take me to court to get child-support out of me. He even went as far as to say he has Ryley four days out of the week. Blatant lie but I guess desperate people do and say desperate things. He does NOT want Rye living with him, just wants money....from me.

He has even said that he pays for Ryleys daycare and bought all of Ryes school supplies since he started school. I find this ironic as hell because I am subsidized by the government for my daycare, they pay a portion and I pay the rest...the receipts are all in my name. In addition, the school that Rye attends pays for ALL of the kids supplies, this is given to the kids the first week of school with a brand new back-pack. So I can honestly say I have not even paid for his school supplies.

I am not worried or nervous about this at all...but I am very pissed off that he can boldly lie about how often he has Ryley just to avoid paying 200.00 measly frikking dollars a month for his son. He makes over 40,000 a year compared to my 25,000 so I have to wonder how much he thinks he may get for having my fry-guy there every weekend and the odd extra night here and there?

I documented everything from November 1st on when he first told me that he and his lady did not want to pay support anymore because Rye is there as much as he is here...I can prove without a doubt that it is a lie that he does NOT have him as much as I....but seriously?? It's about him NOT wanting to pay anymore and seeing if, on the off chance...some judge will deem him worthy of getting support for a total of 8/10 days a month.

Waste of the courts time IMHO and I really feel that they will agree and nail him for what he should be paying...over 300 not 200.

Oh yes, did I mention he refuses to pay anything more until we go to court and see who 'wins'? He thinks I may owe HIM back-support for four years.

And people wonder why I refuse to date and prefer being alone. *shaking head*
