Hey everyone..
Hows everyone doing ? been a while since i been here .. hope everyone had a great christmas.. and a wonderful new year.. I open my eyes this year and decide i need to get healthy... so i started eattng right.. change my food pattern. so far so good. i have lost 4 pounds. and already starting to feel wonderful..
Now the excrise !!! whee !! that will come.. as you all know i work retail.. so im on my feet all day long.. and then when i get home. oh forget about do more on my feet..
Well anyways thats whats going on for me . going threw some changes so i thought i would keep you guys updated..
