I do not know if you can make out this crude cartoon. It is of two people smoking cigarettes and making comments about an overweight woman. I saw this happen and it struck me as so odd. They puffed away, while judging a woman I knew to have a thyroid problem.

When I worked in a restaurant, I remember a lady asking if our pizza was made with whole grain crust, if the cheese was processed, and if the vegetables were organic... then she lit up a cigarette.
