sorry i don't blog so much anymore but it just seems like i am tired all the time. about all i do is go to work take care of the boys and sleep. i have also had the crud. sinuses acting up for about the last 3 months on and off. not to mention the stress of thinking there was something wrong with me. my anxiety and drepression has been out of control for quit some time now. well with all this going on i have been just a wee bit crabby and lately everybody here has let me know it. i am not one to go to the doctor. and i still didn't. i know i am stubborn but that is me. well today i think i may have found out what is causing most of this again. i know that alot of it is just stress. but today i had to bring my twins in for the check-up at WIC. they did a hemaglobin (iron) count on them and i asked if she would please do mine. the whole time i was pregnant with them it was really low and made me tired all the time. well i had the right feeling. a normal count which theres was is inbetween 11 and 12. mine was at 7 very very low. so she told me to go get prenatel vitamins (no i am not pregnant) and get back on my iron pills. so that is what i am going to do. i know i don't eat right so maybe with alittle help from the vitamins and iron i will get back to my old self. may take a bit to get there but i am to the point were my body is just wore down right now. i feel like i am going on 60 instead of 40.

yaya in 4 days i am going to be the big 4-0. everybody here is giving me grief that i am going to be 40. that i am getting old. but i think you are only as old as you feel. and i feel if i start taking care of myself and eating better i can get back to feeling 29 again. lol

ok enough about me. like i said we brought the boys in for there check-up. they are doing great. cayden now weighs 24 pounds and is 28 inches long. yes he is a big boy. collin my little monster is 18 pounds and 26 inches. ya he is a little guy. but doing very well considering he was a little over 4 pounds at birth. they turned 9 months last friday. hard to believe huh. they will be a year before we know it.

gary and rocki's baby turned a year on the 17th. that is just hard to believe to. he is a little cutie. but what a mess he was after his cupcakes. lol happy 1st birthday, sebastion.

better go for now. i have today and tomorrow off. no no partying for me i think it is going to take me that long to catch up on my laundry.
