I can't believe how many of you noticed me here. When I went to my e-mail box this morning I thought I'd gotten a virus in the night or something. However, no - it was you all. I kind of got choked up a little - you have no idea how much I've missed you.
So, now that's been said, I guess I'd better start thinking up some wonderfully inspiring stuff to start posting, ay?
My latest thing is that back in a deep, dark day in January I was surfing around and found the neatest little spot in Deerfield Beach, Florida to rent. So, I went ahead and made most of the arrangements before I even had a chance to check my bank book or charge cards.
I'm leaving on May 1st and staying in an older motel unit - it has it's own kitchen etc. - just a block from the ocean - and I'm staying for the entire month!
Being from this northern hemisphere, this past winter has been one of the longest in the history of blogsterella and her neighbors. So, as snow blindness would have it, I booked myself into this place and am currently so excited that I could just spit!!
It's all I can think about.
I've been partially packed since late February, lost 13lbs since I've booked my flight, bitten my fingernails down to the quick - I'm looking much slimmer but my hands are an absolute mess . . .
Whatever.
I'll write when the spirit moves me.
