Actually, we went last evening when the store was begining to close (not, an ideal time . . . doh)!
I didn't realise that the assistants empty the freezers when they close . . . must be to stop thieves I suppose.
I missed out on a lot of items I had on my shopping list (got my profiteroles though)yay!!
After finishing in Iceland, we popped into Morrisons for a couple of things, luckily, they too were just about to close soooo, the 'bread' was on offer - I managed to but quite a few baguettes at a fraction of the normal cost and when I have finished writing this, I am going to make some 'French bread pizzas'. They are handy to have in the freezer for 'quick snacks', as they only take a moment to thaw & warm in the microwave. (Making your own, is a darn sight cheaper than buying the 'ready made', plus, you can add/delete any topping that you like/dislike - very handy with my lot)!!!
Oh well, pointless 'talking' about doing it, better make a start . . .
