I am enjoying my knitting more now than at any other time, as I find it so relaxing.
Wonderful post and great pictures. Thank you so much for joining! Now I have to finish the dog sweater.... hahahahaah
Oh, I am so glad you are going to try to find the books. I hope you like them. My Grandmother (the same one that taught me to knit) also made rag rugs. She was a very talented lady. She could crochet anything, and sew anything. I still have several of the items she made. I love them.
Very nice indeed! Do you work on a circular needle? Looking forward to the completed project!
I am new here, and had to comment on your picture. That sure looks like the Ashford sitting in my storage room upstairs. Is it??
They look delish, and HOW do you keep your pyrex so clean??
Thanks Eddie! They show up now.....great feature......!
Thanks! She is down in the states, and has a brother, who will get one in lapis blue. Won't do the cables for him......am going to try out a couple of possibilities.....thinking a basket weave would be more manly.....lol Will see how it looks. I really like this Pattons. Have had it for ever, but it sure knits up well and is very soft. Easy care too.
AAAAAAHHHHH...... my pic didn't show......will try and get it posted properly. Feel like a dufus.
Nice job with the socks though.......beautiful turning.... I agree with the dye lot issue......not what you pay for. Glad to meet you ......another knitter... In Canada....
