There are several things to help with snoring....
1. Do not eat, late at night!
2. Elevate your head--either by pillow or the actual bed.
3. Avoid alcohol or tranquilizers.
4. Lose those extra 10 lbs.
5. Treat your allergies--check to make sure you are not allergic to anything in your bedding. Get rid of the dust bunnies.
7. Try a mouth guard.
8. Cut back on the smoking!
9. Try sleeping on your side.
10.Make sure you are getting your 6-8 of sleep in.
11.Try to get in 15-30 mins of cardio., a day.
Snoring could be dangerous. Make sure you see your Dr., if your snoring, interferes in the sleep of other members in the home(pets included!). :)
