Ladies-- What is Your Nighttime Regimen??

Ok, so I am 35, now and reallllly worried about aging of my skin. My nickname in High School was "Coppertone". My parents owned a tanning bed, so there wasn't a day in High School-----that I wasn't tan!!! Uggggggggggggggggggggg the regret!!

So, now I worry about my skin...I make sure in the summer, that I have an SPF on.

I brush my teefers, wash my face...give my pores time to dry and cool and then begin the regimen. First, I use an Aveda Hydrating Lotion, on my face. Once that has a chance to dry, I apply Vaseline under my eyes--on my elbows and my legs n feet and put my socks on. I also apply a new Olay moisturizer and toner, on my entire leg.

I have read in numerous places, that the body/skin, heals best at night--so this is the time to treat your body.

Anyone else go through this or have any other pointers????

Well, even with my age, I'm told I look about 10 years younger, so I guess I have some advice. I moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! In the a.m. in the p.m. and I haven't used soap on my face for 20 years! Soap dries your skin. I rinse with water or cleans with a daily cleaner for my skin. That's the best I can say, but I'm 57 and I have almost no wrinkles!

Wish I knew. I never really tanned much even though me and my family have some really fair and sensitive skin. In fact, at least 75% of the time, I would say that I burn before I tan.

I'm 36 and the only thing I do on an occasion, is use Olay's Night Of Olay firming cream for my face and neck area. Other than that with my dry skin in general due to my condition (crohn's disease), I have no choice but to lotion my legs, feet, hands and elbows (my most dryist areas).
