Changing The Skin Color

Many of you have asked how to change the background color of your blog. It is very simple to do, just go to your user center and and click on "My Profile" and then pull down the pull down box under skin and select your color and make sure you hit "save" towards the bottom and you are done.

As far as censorship goes, I would say that we are not censoring anyone. You can say whatever you want and however you want in your own blog. Our new system can however block certain curse words from appearing in comments left by someone on someone else's blog. Let me say that I don't think there is any need to block these curse words or anything in comments and it is an ongoing debate between my partner and myself and I do think there will be a delete feature for people to delete comments from their blog if they don't like them, but this will probably not happen for a couple weeks. Stay Tuned. As far as any comments being deleted from my blog, there have been none deleted at all. All feedback is welcome good and negative.

Are you going to do a Google search to see who has duplicate sites and delete their accounts too?

There have been possibly 8 bloggers that have requested to be removed from the site, of the 18,000+ active bloggers here.

When people have notified us that they no longer want to be a part of the community, we have removed them and their blog history. It is also detrimental to the survival of the site to have the exact duplicate posts in blogs here as well as at other blog sites. This duplicate content can cause us serious issues with Google. I would say though that the people that have disappeared have requested it and have been and continue to Blog elsewhere.

No one has been removed because of duplicate content, but some have been removed because they have requested it. And yes there will be a process for dormant blogs to be removed or archived, but dormant blogs really has no impact on you as a user.
