Texas Hold 'Em, Dst, and Nuclear Meltdowns

Over the last two weeks, I have been on such a losing streak on Pogo playing Texas Hold 'em.  I have lost a million dollars.
Tonight my luck finally turned and I won back $100,000 of it.  Just $900,000 to go, and I'll be back where I was two weeks ago before the poker gods turned on me with a vengeance.
What'd I EVER do to them??? I really think they overdid it before they FINALLY decided to let me win tonight.
I was just about ready to call it quits and start playing Yahtzee. At least, I can usually win $400 or $500 a game at that!
Tonight, daylight savings begins. I normally go to bed about midnight.

For all intents and purposes, it's midnight right now; but my body clock still is telling me it is only 11 p. m.  Dang, I hate these first few days of adjusting to the time change.
And just where does that hour go that I am giving up tonight?  Does it just float around in cyberspace until this fall when I get it back?
I've really got to get a life!  I spend far too much time worrying about exactly where that hour goes when I should be worrying about whether all my food this summer is going to be contaminated with radiation if the Japanese nuclear reactors melt down.
Now, that's something to keep me up nights, daylight savings time or no!

I've just given up on trying to understand where that hour goes, but I've spent my share of time thinking about it.

Between the civil unrest, terrorists, and natural disasters, I wonder if the omens are there???
